Our Pastor would like your assistance.  In order to keep his sermons relevant to the issues facing people today, Pastor Evan has created this simple survey.  Please answer these questions honestly, based on your own experience.  Pastor Evan will pray over your concerns and ask God to give him direction.  He will attempt to address your issues in his sermon every Sunday morning.
